Bill Tinsley was founding pastor of First Baptist, The Colony. After serving as Director for Denton Baptist Association, he became Executive Director for Minnesota-Wisconsin Baptist Convention for eight years. He led WorldconneX Mission Network from 2003-2009.

The Tinsley Center was launched in 2010 to help churches develop authentic disciples who impact their community and the world. The Tinsley Center does this by (1) providing coaching and mentoring to pastors (2) missional conferences and consulting for associations and (2) resourcing small groups to produce authentic disciples.
